How can I stop my dreams? I have vivid dreams of having with Kathy Bates, sometimes I whisper to my wife?

when I'm asleep and dreaming about how much I love her, but I call her Kathy. She usually wakes up and accuses me of cheating. I'm not cheating, am I? My doctor can't see me for a couple of weeks, and things are a bit out of sorts. What can I do?
