Iran Nuclear Report from National Interlligence Estimate...credible?!?!?

What I find odd is that the report is so old. What's up with that? It's not a partisan issue because the democrats were screaming at George since the beginning because he was not tough enough on Iran. There is more forthcoming....that I'm sure of.
