Cortisone injection under general anesthesia?

I am going in for a cortisone injection on my ankle (for a painful tarsal coalition) in the operating room on Thursday. Has anyone else here had an cortisone injection under general anesthesia, or just a cortisone injection in general? Thought I'd ask, the pre-op nerves are starting to kick in.... Because I've never been anesthetized before...
