Where can I find traditional hymns?

I am looking for a lenten hymn called "O sacred head surrounded" I have found one video of the recording, but it is only part of the song. Every other place I look shows the similar song "O sacred head now wounded". Does anyone know where I can find a recording of the traditional song? Maybe a download. Preferably sung by a choir.
