How can I tone my arms and legs the last month of my pregnancy?

I am due in about 40 days, and I would like to take this time to tone up my arms and legs safely to get prepared for the summer! I have access to free weights at a church gym, and other various exercise equipment. I would really like to get a head start on returning my body back to some shape! (no ab work or strenuous tips please!) Just something that will give me some definition! Thanks in advance!
