Am i ok?, please help!?

Ok, i'm a 14 year old girl-despite the pic lol. i hav had like a heart pain-not regularly- its sumtimes a beat out of time or sumtimes feels like its trying to escape through my chest, also my head sumtimes feels like someones poking it from the inside and my chest generally feels heavier/tighterish i guess. could there b something wrong wiv me or is this a normal thing which some people my age go through?
