Web tunnels... can anybody help me?! please!!?

i need websites to protect my privacy and be able to visit any website even if there are restrictions like watching videos under some sorts of entertaintment prohibitions, or myspace, youtube, yahoo videos and things like this.... please please i need help! because all computer resources i can reach have internet restrictions and im tired of this, i dont have money to buy a computer and put internet at home... sumtimes i need to do homeworks but a lot of interesting websites are blocked... so can anybody please provide any adresses??? other than vtunnel.com and kproxy.com.... again, pleeeeease!!
