What is the best mascara for Asian eyes that's under $15?

Well, I don't have Asian eyes but I have short lashes, and CG's Lash Blast Length makes my lashes suuuper long and separated. It's great and under $15! I know that Fiberwig mascara (from Sephora) is very popular among women in Asia because it has fibers that latch on to your lashes and makes them 28356x longer. But that's $24, unfortunately. Lash Blast Length does pretty much the same thing for cheaper and it never clumps. Good luck!
